Daffodil Day with our Tuakana Teina Class

We celebrated Daffodil Day on the 29th August. Daffodil Day is a day used to show our support and raise money for the Cancer Society.
Our tuakana teina class came to our class to create a daffodil craft. We worked together and showed the little room 5 kids what to do.
We stuck a muffin case onto blue paper.

We cut out lots of yellow petals and stuck them around the muffin case.

We placed a thin, long, green stem below the daffodil.

We had a lot of fun with room 5.
